Currently playing new update and in my matchmaking game there's a messsage saying safe to abandon as if it was a bot game.
Matchmaking match has "Safe to abandon" message in top right

Did someone leave the match before the message appeared? If a team is down a player for long enough then the match becoming safe to abandon is intended behavior, but getting the message in a match with no disconnects shouldn't happen.
