matchmaking bug during steam matinence

when you end a match during steam matinence you get a rejoin button that wont go away and when i try too que with friends it says im banned

additional note on this bug: if you go into hero testing with it active, and try to leave, you get an abandon warning. presumably if I leave I will actually get the penalty xD
