Matchmaking Ban for Seemingly Zero Reason

Took a little longer then usual loading in, HOWEVER I loaded in with 20 seconds left on the timeout timer, I know this for certain because I was watching a friends screenshare to make sure I got in, got in on time played the whole match and got a two hour matchmaking ban anyway. Why even have a timeout timer if I get a penalty for loading in on time?

I have never once rage quit, the only times I have ever gotten time outs seem to be arbitrary, I got a ban a couple months ago because of the same bug, either make the timer mean something or remove my ban.

I mean I got rolled by a fed silver but that's beside the point

I just got banned for actually nothing. I was playing last night with my buddy, nightmare, and we were queuing for a street brawl but I got into low priority for crashing yesterday and joining back before anyone even selected items. We were in queue for 20 minutes before calling it quits and heading to bed.

Now, I wake up and I am banned until 3 AM tomorrow. Like we didnt even play a game. This is ridiculous. I love this game and I want to play, but I shouldnt get banned from the game for crashing in a playest. Like crashes are bound to happen.
