When searching for a game i have twice became stuck at the loading screen, when hitting esc the only options are "play", "leave spectating", and "exit". When using leave spectating option the confirm leave popup has no message about a penalty but I after using this option and confirm leave i have now been banned from matchmaking for 2 hours.
