Bug Report: Stuck on Loading Screen in Normal Matchmaking (Solo Queue)
Description: When queuing solo for normal matchmaking (non-ranked), the game successfully finds a match. However, it gets stuck on the loading screen and never progresses. I waited for 15 minutes, but nothing changed. When I pressed "Escape," it only gave me the option to "Leave Spectating," which I selected. After leaving, I received a 5-minute temporary ban.
I attempted to queue again solo, but the same issue occurred. After waiting another 15 minutes, I left the game via the "Leave Spectating" option again and received a 20-minute ban.
In the hundreds of games I've played, I’ve never experienced this kind of behaviour before.
Additional Info:
Actual Behaviour: The game remains on the loading screen for 15+ minutes, forcing me to leave and resulting in temporary bans.

Additional Info:
- I recently switched to the Vulkan rendering mode; the majority of my games were played using Direct3D. I read on the forums that switching back to Direct3D might resolve this issue, and I plan to try that.
