Stuck Loading Into Matches

About 50% of the games I queue I'm frozen in the loading screen. If I hit Esc while I'm loading it gives me the option to "Leave Spectating" or exit the game. I just hit "leave spectating" and the game gave me a 1hr ban.

Another bug which combined with this one was I was kicked during a ranked match for "No Steam Logon" and when I restarted the game and tried to rejoin my match I was stuck on Loading Screen. I'm assuming that when I choose to restart or Leave Spectating it somehow abandons the match for me so I can never actually get back in the game.

hey i did something that worked for me. I uninstaled the game and instaled in another ssd

I %90 get stuck on the loading screen when I join matches. Cant do anything. I restart the game until it opens. Anyone having the same issue?
