I am writing to appeal a matchmaking ban on my account. I am playing from Ukraine, and unfortunately, we are currently experiencing frequent and unpredictable power outages.
My recent disconnection was caused by a sudden blackout, which is beyond my control. I really enjoy the game and want to contribute to the testing process, but these technical issues due to the war situation make it difficult to maintain a stable connection sometimes.
Could you please review my case and consider lifting the ban? I am doing my best to play only when the schedule seems stable, but it is not always guaranteed.
