Matchmaking Algorithm Variable Turning 20 minute queues into 20 minute stomps

We already know of the wildly unfair matchmaking that CAN exist in this game. I'm not here to say that the matchmaking algorithm is completely bad, as of recent maybe 80% of my games are fair. But I'm convinced that part of the matchmaking algorithm includes a variable which predicts that I will sit through a 20 minute stomp of Archon 1 vs Oracle 6 because it knows that I will queue up afterwards, almost as if the 20 minute stomp was just a glorified 20 minute queue.

So in other words, given 1 hour of available playtime, matchmaking would rather give you a 20 minute stomp and 40 minute real game vs a 20 minute queue and 40 minute real game.

And the more available playtime you have, if you're able to play for 3 hours or 6 hours a day, matchmaking recognizes your willingness to queue despite being given trash matches, leading to more trash matches, perhaps a full hours worth of a match(es) that was calculated for you to have no chance of winning, only to give you an hour of winstreaks as it's already calculated you'll play until a predetermined time.

I believe this algorithm tracks our play habits beyond one play session, generating user profiles that tracks what we do and rolls over to the next day, perhaps even tracks on a weekly basis.

Perhaps it's determined that this kind of algorithm which can waste your time in 20% of cases is determined as good enough for the consumer, though you would imagine with the multitudes of people that play this game and the infinite amount of money generated in gaming, that Valve developers would consider a human element to create a matchmaking experience that doesn't have an algorithm at the helm of every game but rather a human using an algorithm as a tool.
