# Issue: Game Loading and Ban Problem

**Description**
I encountered a problem while trying to load a match. After waiting for a few minutes on the loading screen with no progress, I pressed `Esc` and found that the only option available was to "Exit Spectating." I exited and attempted to join another game, but received a ~5-minute ban. I attempted loading a private and public bot match but received the same ban message.

## Steps to Reproduce

1. Tried loading a match.
2. The loading screen stayed static for several minutes.
3. Pressed `Esc` and chose the "Exit Spectating" option.
4. No option to rejoin match.
5. Attempted to join another game but received a 5-minute ban.
6. Restarted the game (game crashed on exit) and waited out the ban.
7. Tried again but received a 27-minute temporary ban.

## Actual Outcome

- The match did not load, forcing an "Exit Spectating" action.
- Received an initial 5-minute ban, followed by a 27-minute ban after restarting the game and trying again.

Exact same thing has happened to me a few time. Forced to exit spectating, game crashes when trying to exit, and queue banned upon reopening. Queue ban times keep increasing every time this happens. Quite frustrating to be banned from the game for an hour over a bug.

Im having same issue, cant play the game anymore. Do you guys solve the problem? Tried everything, nothing works
