The Player characters dont seem to be animated when downloading a replay and watching it, at any speed. NPC's still retain their full animations, however, characters limbs are not articulated and their guns dont move when watching the replay. This goes for all PC's, no matter which PC you are spectating. Doesn't occur for me when watching a live match, just one i've downloaded and am watching.
