Doorman sent Mo and Krill under the map around 20 minutes into the game. Assuming that he wasn't stuck in geometry, since the unstick hero command did not work. I think death could have reset hero position but he couldn't take damage in the area (afaik). You can also see the doorman walking around under the map around 10-20 minutes in the game, and perhaps even earlier.
