1. My friend encountered a bug while playing Abrams.
During the match, an enemy Doorman used a cart ability and knocked him toward a walker. As a result, character got stuck inside map textures. After that, my friend was suddenly teleported/pushed into the Ram-only corridors (the areas with doors that only Ram can pass through). Since Abrams cannot interact with those doors, he was completely stuck and unable to get out. The only way to continue playing was to use the "killme" command in the console. Because of this, he lost some farm and overall momentum in the match.
2. Another similar issue, again while playing Abrams.
An enemy Doorman used the cart ability and pushed him all the way toward their base. After that, character got stuck inside map textures. In this situation: The “unstuck” button did not work. The "killme" command also didn’t help (I couldn’t use it properly because I was constantly taking damage). Enemy heroes were able to freely attack me while I was stuck, but I couldn’t move or fight back at all. He was essentially trapped and forced to just take damage with no counterplay.
