T4 Weapon: -15% spirit power, infuse an ability to scale with weapon damage instead of spirit power.
I love playing Vindicta, but I hate feeling like I have to chose between doing a gun build and being able to use assassinate. The WD to SP ratio would probably have to be a per hero number. This is my first moba, so please forgive me if this is a horribly unbalanced idea.
