Make Fleetfoot turn into Burst Fire

Components: Fleetfoot

+75% Slide distance
+160 Bonus Health
+20% Movement Slow Resist
+20% Fire Rate (boosted to compensate for 10% damage loss)

Passive:
Removes the Move Speed penalty while shooting.
Passive:
Briefly gain Fire Rate and Move Speed when one of your bullets hits an enemy hero. (8.5sec) (+30% FR + 2m/s move speed, 4s duration)
Active:
Gain bonus Move Speed and Ammo. (20sec) (5 m/s move speed +50% Temp Ammo, 4s duration)
 
Hmmm. . . While I understand why you think Fleetfoot should build into Burst fire I'm concerned about slot efficiency with regards to the Stats.

You just... added the items together. While it might make sense to do that, it would make Burst fire WAY too slot efficient. I can't think of any reason why every hero going Weapon build (besides maybe Ivy) wouldn't pick it due to the high Bonus health, Slow resist, Active, and Passive ALL for a single slot. Honestly, it gives as much or more than most T4s with how it's statted. (Lucky Shot only gives +150 HP and 30% bonus ammo, though it's passive is very strong).

If you think the items should be combined, that's fine. The stats should have a diminishing return when you make one a component of the other, though.
 
I agree with the idea because burstfire is too good. Stacking their stats doesn't help. This should be a way of making burstfire more expensive.

Honestly, the stats don't need to match the ones I posted. As you've stated, I just mashed them together.

Main point is combining the two skills.
