My friend told me since I got my new graphics card to switch to Vulcan rendering. I was running PERFECTLY on DirectX11. I never have a single frame drop when playing online or offline in a bot match. I played a few matches with my friend testing out Vulcan but it impacted my games so much I had to stop. Then today I tested it in bot matches along with putting the frames and ping in the corner. IT DID IT AGAIN. It happens every few minutes to me during a match. I have attached recordings I took using steam's game recording feature.
I have since switched back to DirectX11 and have no problems. My friend told me this shouldn't be happening with an AMD card of my specs.
Just for clarity's sake my computer build is:
Motherboard: MSI MPG X870E Carbon AM5 ATX
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X 16 core
RAM: 96 GB 5600 MHz DDR5
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX
I've been told yall wanna have Vulcan be the default renderer so I figure this is critical information. I love this game a lot and want to be able to play it for a long time.
