Victor's ult was fixed, but there are ults that are actively broken as of 07:00:00 UTC.
I am testing as I write this, and it is very late. Sorry if not thorough; I am very tired

Broken Ults and how they are broken:

Unable to use abilities while ult is active
• Drifter
• Infernus
• Kelvin
• Doorman

Other:
• Warden, Wraith, and Yamato (Maybe more have this) : When copying and using their ults, Sinclair has the Assistant as an ability that they can use while casting the ult—in reality, you can't use it; it shows as active despite not being actually able to be used...

this happened to me I think it happens if the magician ult runs out right when the victor ult triggers

Just happened to me as well! I agree with MiSt, it procced just as I had died and my ult was about to expire. Incredibly funny in the moment but I can imagine how it would be pretty frustrating for a sinclair main. Match ID: 52929647
