Magician ultimate cd

Magician's ultimate is around 30-40sec when stealing wardens ultimate although the tooltip says 89secs
So he is able to use wardens stolen ultimate 3 times until warden can use it again. Is this intended? In the right hands, definitely a super broken hero.

warden t2 ult has 105sec cd and when you copy someone ult you has half of original cd (in my case this is 54sec tested rn in sandbox) when u have supirion cd redusion then you has 40sec cd.
not sure how you get 30sec cd here? but anyway magic man rn has tereble winrate

I see thanks for the clarification.

Btw his winrate is really good in higher tier (>phantom) play, so people who know how to play him seem to win a lot of games.
