Magician permanently gains assassinate

If Magician steals Vindicta ult and is able to get an extra charge of assassinate via extra charge, rapid recharge, or refresher, after Magician fires the first shot they can retain assassinate (and more so let it recharge) so long as they dont fire the last shot. Note the missing "Ult copied..!" countdown bar.
