Arcane Surge - Every bugged ability on every hero

Abrams: Seismic Impact (all buffs)
Bebop: none
Calico: Shadow Transformation (2nd damage instance and range)
Dynamo: Kinetic Pulse (IF THE ABILITY GOES PAST 40m~ it does not get the damage) - Quantum Entaglement (both cast range and fire rate buff)
Grey Talon: Charged Shot (no dmg)
Haze: Bullet Dance (+Ability Range stops working during the extra few seconds the ult lasts from arcane surge duration)
Holliday: none
Infernus: Flame Dash (Damage only works on the first damage instance, range only works for first 2-3 seconds) - Concussive Combustion
Ivy: Air Drop (everything)
Kelvin: none
Lady Geist: Soul Exhcange (range doesnt work)
Lash: Ground Strike (everything) , Grapple (range), Death Slam (only works if you throw them instantly while close to the ground)
McGinnis: Medicinal Specter (+Ability range stops working during the extra few seconds the ability lasts from arcane surge duration) Heavy Barrage (+Ability Range and damage stops working during the extra few seconds the ult lasts from arcane surge duration)
Mirage: Fire Scarabs (First damage instance of first scarab does extra damage but thats literally it) Traveler? (idk this one too hard to test and who the fuck is even buying this item on mirage anyways)
Mo & Krill: Burrow (everything) - Combo (range doesnt work)
Paradox: none
Pocket: Enchanter's Satchel (everything) - Affliction (+damage goes down after the first damage instance(strangely enough if you have 0 cooldown/refresher the dot thats already on them does full damage during the cast time of Affliction).
Seven: Lightning Ball (damage and range only work in the first 4~ seconds) - Static Charge (everything) - Power Surge (damage only works in the first damage instance, cba testing range and duration on this one) - Storm Cloud (Lightning strike part of the spell does not get any benefit)
Shiv: Serrated Knives (damage only works in the first 2 seconds of the DoT) - Slice and Dice (When full rage, 2nd Slice and Dice does not get damage bonus, range seems to work for some reason though) - Killing Blow (Range does not work)
Sinclair: Assistant (Damage only works in the first 4~ seconds of the spell) - Audience Participation (Range doesn't work on the first cast, duration does tho)
Vindicta: Flight (everything)
Viscous: none
Vyper: Lethal Venom (+range and no damage)
Warden: Binding Word (everything)
Wraith: Card Trick (if you can somehow get the card to fly for like 3-4 seconds it will lose its damage and prob range too) - Project Mind (no range) - Full Auto (damage stops working during the extra few seconds the ult lasts from arcane surge duration) - Telekinesis (+range doesnt work, maybe duration too idk hard to tell)
Yamato: Flying Strike (range and damage dont work, slow duration prob too)
