There are nights when the moon feels heavier in the sky.
The air grows still. Animals fall silent. Even the wind seems to wait. On those nights, the moon's pressure could be felt down from above..
The old stories say the moon has watched the world far too long. It has seen every war, every monster, every mistake carved into the earth. It cannot speak, but it can feel. And when the suffering below becomes too much, the moon answered in the only way it can.
It falls.
Through a single tear of light, a fragment of its sorrow descends through the clouds and striking the ground like gentle rain. Where it lands, the soil stirs and the moon shines brightly over it.
From that place rises a figure. Formed from moonlight mixed with the pain of the world beneath it. A guardian pulled into being because the earth can no longer bear its burdens alone.

Luna Dota 2 by Natasha KashkinaWeapon and stats

1)Moon Beams

Summon moon beams at targeted area that close in to the center of the radius. Each beam deals separate instances of spirit damage to enemies hit. A1 -3m radius A2 +3m cast range A3 A secondary group of Moon Booms will form around first enemy hit
Charge 1
Beams: 4
Damage per beam: 33 (180)
Duration: 2.5s
Cast range: 28m
Radius: 14m
Cool down: 28s

Secondary Moon Beam only works with 1)Moon Beam
nothing else!
2)Moon guard

Summon large moon beams that rotate around you at a fixed area. Enemies that pass through a moon beam will take spirit damage. Activate again or when the duration ends releases them in all directions. A1 +2s duration A2 -10s cool down A3 Moon beams from moon guard cause knock back
Damage per beam: 55
Duration: 4s
Radius: 18m
Cool down: 34s
Enemies hit by a beam will remove that beam from it's rotation.
Acts as both a pseudo wall, arena and area denial.

well they dont follow you! not the same..3)Moon Queen

4)Eclipse

Enemies caught in the area will have a Moon and Sun appear over their heads, enemies who stay in the area while the moon covers the sun, multiple moon beams strike down dealing spirit damage onto the enemy. A1 +4m radius A2 -90s cool down A3 Each moon beams shoot out 1 moon beam in random direction (Affected by Moon Queen)
Delay: 4.1s
Damage: 55
Search radius: 35
Max Beams per Hero: 5
Beam Interval: 0.6
Cool down: 200s
The beams that shoot out from A3 are similar to Moon Guard and Moon Beams, maybe sharing one of the ranges.
If you had no points into Moon queen, but have A3, as it reads, only one beam is fired off from an enemy per Eclipse beam.

Thoughts and finishes
This is a jab at myself towards the Individual Ability Idea: Mars Arena but became something more.
I love Luna from Dota, she is quite fun to relax on and fun to see people explode from Eclipse. Finding more themes similar to moon beams such as Mirana, WoW's Boomkin, and i even used Roxas as my main reference for ideas.
Fighting Roxas is quite a emotional fight! A lot of fights are over the top and the bosses always felt they had the fun anime boss cliche that were all unique from each other. Roxas is no different and his beams of light are quite infamous during a lot of peoples experience first time, but a fun and memorable one.

I hope it was a fun and inspiring read! Thank you and always be creating!
