This item is purely concept, any title or description is just for an overall idea. It will be more interesting when well designed.
Press the active button and then it will decide if you receive the lucky side or unlucky side. This concept is either you get lucky or unlucky and not in between, but it could act as getting both.

On activation it would either give you one lucky or unlucky buff. it takes about 0.5s to actually activate. Similary to echo shard so it can give a brief moment than instant situations.
"Lucky Unlucky" is an item for possibly 50/50 chance of something good or something bad. The intention of this item is to create synergy with other items and have fun. Its a niche item for specific builds but the concept is to create variation of items that is not only tied to improving the output by giving damages and resists.
This idea came from this Dead by daylight perk, a quite niche perk that has some love and synergy with others things.
This type of item, being a niche and silly fun item also reminds me of Risk of Rain 2 (specifically mentioned because devs from there are in Deadlock), the player consists in being strong, survive and maximize damage outputs, but it also includes mechanics of distribution and randomness such as Shrines. Which i think this promisse could be like this item that could either take and give or just gives a random effect.
