Fourth time this month I catch an abandon because the game crashes when a new character casts their abilities. Match id 58850248. Playing as silver in a close game until a teamfight mid where Apollo presses ult and the whole lobby crashes, computer locks up for 5 minutes, crash to desktop, steam desync, resync keeps bugging so I time out on abandon, reconnect and then crash twice when trying to load in just to finish the game. This is after a week of no performance issues then some update comes through and trashes the whole thing. Now I'm 24hr ban and 3 low prio games. Nice.
The game is completely tanking performance with these constant updates just throwing random optimization changes at the wall, crashing even on high-end pcs. It's breaking people's hardware. Last week it completely locked my whole pc and I had to hard reset the power to do anything. I get it's early access and all, but you can't have people being your bug-testers for optimization and then punish them when they do just that. If the game is going to be hard-crashing again and again while you push 4 updates a day that do god knows what to people's PCs, you have to change the dc/abandon framework. You are just punishing people for giving you the data you need. Pointless policy and terrible optimization. Fix your game, Yoshi.
