Low Framerate in Matches With Other Players (Bot or Human)

I have an issue currently where my framerate drops substantially, like, to 3-7 frames when I enter any sort of match with other players, a normal one, street brawl, both of those with bots, unplayable framerate. I've tried pretty much I can logically think of. Deadlock worked fine before the old gods new blood update so I think it's because of that. My laptop parts have been attached but I think the issue lies with my computer using directx11.

This seems to be fixed where other players arent the issue anymore but looking at the patrons since now explore new york also has low frames, it seems that the patrons are very unoptomized or some lower end parts handle them much worse then they should since when looking at the floor or to the east or west my frames are how they used to be
