No idea if this is going to be applicable to anybody but me.
A recent update made the game perform significantly worse in-game and in-lobby despite the internal FPS counter. I'm talking like the counter showing 144 fps in the lobby but it feels like 60. Mouse felt choppy in the menu too. Changing the max fps ingame slider did nothing, but setting it to 60 and applying then setting it back to 1000 and applying made the game feel like the fps it's actually reporting.
