FPS gradually drops

Without configs that are avaliable online FPS is highly unstable with massive drops, especially in fights. After using one of the configs it becomes stable, but only for a short time, at some point during match 10+ minutes, FPS gradually falls from 60-80, to 22 and below, not instantly, gradually, like timer. I am new player, i didn't know if i can restart or not, so one game i waited till end aka 0 fps, which resulted in game crash. Looking at task manager, my processor barely used, my memory is 60-80%. After crash, fps became good again, buut only till end of the match, after i loaded back into lobby it instantly fallen to 30. Also i once got some kinda Vulkan error, but same thing happens with dx 11.

I found the cause i think, i updated bios, but that actually made situation worse for some reason, but that doesn't matter, because real cause was in another programm.

What really helped is deleting amd adrenaline and then reinstalling drivers for video card alone, without adrenaline itself. After restart and 1st match, there's still fps drop from 100+ to 80, but it's only one drop to 80 for all subsequent matches. I hope it heps someone else on amd.
