started playing the game again after taking a small break (around a week). came back to the game not launching anymore. found out it was the scopebuddy arg in steam so i deleted that. upon entering the game i noticed my framerate being stuck at around 82/83. so what's happening now is my monitors refreshrate is getting halved and set as my max (i have a 165hz monitor). some games have an option to play at half the vsync. i think that is happening atmo.
the reason i'm so sure it's happening is because i set my monitors refresh rate to 60 and when entering the game my refreshrate was stuck at a solid 60.
i'm on bazzite and my specs are r5 5600 + rx6800 with 32gigs of ram.
