Local Time isn't the real local time

I've been playing since yesterday, for some reason my local time isn't the correct one, it should be 17 pm - 4am (Argentina Buenos Aires Time zone)
i use arch linux.

I’m on arch and my timezone is correct in client. Very strange

Updating with more info: I’m not using the flatpak for steam but have it installed directly from the repository and my time in game is correct. Edlun has it installed through flatpak.. we have a mutual friend who has steam installed through flatpak and also has the wrong time in game. Valentin, how do you have steam installed?
