Loader Rounds: An orange item designed to give supports a way to help the team gain sustained damage. Could be used on cores with titanic magazine for extra long sustained fire on one enemy at a time. Suggested price: 3000

• +10% ammo capacity.
• +8% Weapon fall off.
• After building up charges for 3 seconds, a debuff will occur on a target. Must be hit at least every 1 second during the 3 seconds of buildup. This debuff will grant everyone shooting the target 1 ammo every 3 ammo used. It lasts for 5 seconds and is not refreshed by continuous fire. (8 s cooldown)

I think this would be a little too mandatory in what I assume will probably be common drafts. I do like the idea, but I would prefer for items to stay a little more flexible.
