I noticed this while testing builds in sandbox. If you place the second gravestone durring lighting scroll delay, the effect gets canceled. But if another ghoul manages to hit the enemy in that time the scroll procs twice in a row, even from the same gravestone. And if the scroll effect was already triggered, it will not trigger the second time from the second gravestone.
