I first noticed this bug in a street brawl game on singular. I got enhanced lightning scroll in the first round but it didn't go off even one time despite me doing damage with my ult. The relevant ult's on the enemy team were Paige, Wraith, and Lash. The Mach ID is: 77052150 - in my testing it seems that the item being enhanced does not have anything to do with it, some ults like Infernus, Abrams and Seven work. However, Paige and Wraith ults do not activate Lighting scroll despite them doing damage as required by the item description. On thing special in the game provided is that lash ult does not activate lighting scroll in the game, but it did work with both normal and enhanced lighting scroll in my testing. If parts of what I am calling a bug are intentional they are not at all intuitive and at the very least lighting scroll should not be offered to Sinclair in street brawl. And if lighting scroll is not supposed to work on hero's like Paige or Wraith the tool tip must be changed to more accurately show that.
