Legendary Item: "Ultimate Overclock"

Effects: Makes all of your other items enhanced.

Before the recent major update, this could cause problems because you would get Overclock, then sell it as it's now a dead slot. However, now that selling items isn't possible, this isn't an issue.

There's also the "issue" that it wouldn't have any new effects when enhanced. Fortunately, I don't think this is an issue for two reasons:

1. The easiest implementation of this would actually be to make all of your items, Overclock included, enhanced. If enhanced overclock and normal overclock are the same, this isn't an issue, but if they are different then you'd need to work that edge-case in.
2. It wouldn't be the only legendary that's unaffected by enhanced items. Frostbite Charm is unaffected, and (from memory) Electric Slippers has very little effect. I believe Shadow Strike also has very little effect, but I could be misremembering.

Sounds very cool and would be pretty fun. Maybe have it only enhance non-legendary items though?

I suppose making it enhance non-legendary items, then the enhanced version would enhance legendary items

It's a very small change (as it would only matter if you got two legendary items) but does mean piano+duration+transcd+overclock combination isn't a permanent stun
