Left strafe being de-activated?

Not sure what's been going on lately but I've been having a lot of moments lately where my left strafe will completely turn off for no reason. I think it may have something to do with how opening stats with Tab will consume certain inputs to prevent overlap.

Before you ask, yes, I checked my A key. I was mashing the A key to left strafe but I got nothing.

ive had this happen a few times and from what ive seen it has something to do with billys ult. idk why. it either does it right after being pulled or it'll randomly do it later on after having been pulled
