LEFT ALT key no longer works as a key bind for specific binds

Since I began playing the game, Left Alt has been my preferred key for melee and F has been my preferred key for parry. It no longer works, from what I've gathered, its specific to the action you would like to preform. It no longer works for any ability buttons as well as parry if you swap it to left ALT. Voice chat works if bound to Left Alt. Not sure why this is happening but each bind has a different reaction to being bound to Left Alt

This problem exists for me too. I can't bind left alt to any of the hotkeys. I reset all the hotkeys, but that didn't help with the problem either.

you need to change the self cast mode to modifier button and change modifier button to any else except left alt, after that ur left alt key are open for any binds, also after that u can change back ur self cast mode

also check this one, extra info by default is left alt also, so u need to change it
