Someone quit in the last game I was in, and I knew it was coming up that we would all be free to leave. I left as soon as the notification popped up, and I guess I must have left too fast as I got a matchmaking ban.
Leaving game as soon as the "You are able to leave this game without penalty" appears gives you a matchmaking ban
