Launch Issue (Application wont maximize) *FIXED*

Since the update everytime I launch the game it successfully launches but I cant tab into it, I hear the music and can see it running but the window wont open. I successfully fixed it once but deleting the cfg folder then verifying the files but the issue reappeared and the fix hasnt worked since.

delete the file video.txt in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Deadlock\game\citadel\cfg\video.txt"
