Latest patch tanking FPS HARD! Disabling UI is a fix?

Latest 11/10 patch is resulting in almost 50% drop in FPS (in sandbox) and about the same % drop in a real game.
Disabling the entire UI with the console command sends me from a 90-100fps avg all the way up to 400+, which is pretty incredible ive never even seen FPS numbers that high when my FPS was "good".
If this could be looked into would be much appreciated, playing on 3070 graphics card and a 12400f (i know the cpu isn't great by todays standards, but before todays patch i usually push 165fps + with my low graphics settings + resolution.

It is interesting how much disabling the UI improves avg FPS. I'm seeing something like a 40% improvement in dl_streets (solo test) with the UI disabled.

Not sure if you use FSR, but if you don't, turn it off. It was turned back on in the update and I had the same issues you did before turning it back off.
