Lash's Ground Strike incorrect spirit damage scaling

I'm not sure if it's a bug or there is some magic happening under the hood.

Ground Strinke has 90 spirit damage, which is scaled by spirit power by 0.8.



I'm bying Extra Spirit Item, which gives me 14 spirit power.



Somehow, bonus damage is 11.9, not 11.2 (14 * 0.8).
