Lash unable to use abilities or stamina, stuck in permenant ground slam

Some weird interaction here happened and I saw stuck in the ground slam animation, was unable to use any abilities, shoot or use stamina even after I died

From what I've seen, this happens when someone uses Rescue Beam on you as you are Ground Slamming. There are a few bug reports about it already, so hopefully it gets fixed soon.
