Very often, at least once, if not more times per game, Lash ult will just fail to pick up its targets. This has been in for a while and can very easily be reproduced by having someone stand on a curb (or at the seam of any surface that differs in height), then trying to pick them up with Lash ult.
I've had this happen in game changing moments and it's extremely frustrating.
