Video attached since it would be a bit of a headache to try and explain what happened without it, all the info you need is there. I am highly suspecting it has something to do with Mirage tornado after being Lash ulted, as I am the only one on my team that crashed right after using it, and everyone else on the enemy team, except Lash, crashed right after me using it.
