Lash ground strike on inclined geometry bugged

Lash dive kick not doing any damage on inclined geometry, I think.

Happens multiple times in the match, particularly noticeable around ~27min after i get a two man ult.

yep, been noticing this too that ground strike seems to not be carrying damage down or up inclines at all
