If Lash activates his Ground Strike (1), but doesn't land on the ground before Billy's Chain Gang (4) resolves, Billy will yank Lash out of the Ground Strike preemptively returning him to a walking state. This causes the Ground Strike (1) visual effects to remain on the Lash player's screen. Additionally, I believe the rushing air SFX from the Ground Strike (1) is audible for not just Lash, but other players on both teams. So far as I can tell, the only way to remove the effect is to die.
I haven't been able to get a recording of this - the timing requirement plus being double character specific means I haven't seen this happen in a real match. But I was able to replicate it several times in quick succession with a friend by turning off cooldowns in the atrium.
