The bumps in the doorway were enough to disrupt the ground slam and make it not register. At this point, it might be worthwhile to make Ground Slam work like a less elastic version of Dynamo's Wave. Would save you guys some headaches trying to fix it every time it breaks by just making it a bit more forgiving.
