Lash Bug - Ability Locked

Occasionally when I die and respawn as Lash, I won't be able to use a certain ability (most often happens with Ground Strike but has happened at least once with Flog and Grapple as well). The game will register me pressing the button but the ability just will not proc no matter what.

What is even weirder is that I CAN do that ability still... only whenever I get stunned or whiff a parry. The only way I can fix things is by re-launching the game entirely which is not something I enjoy doing, especially during matches!

I think this has something to do with me tabbing out of the game during my death timer since when I don't tab out, it does not occur. The custom keybinds I have may also play a part. They are as follows:

1 - Q
2 - 3
3 - E
4 - 4

I can provide a replay/footage of this occurring later today.

Update: I figured out what causes it! Every time I press the ability key whilst dead and specating another user, it locks up consistently.

Happens to me to ever single Lash game. I only can fix it when restarting the game, but then it occurs again. And again. And again. For me, I don't tab out when I play and yet it happens. So I do not think it has anything to do with tabbing out. It always occurs for me after a fight or a sudden string of fast inputs. I don't know if I can handle that, but what do I know... This bug is so irritating as a Lash main.
