Match 21006811 occurs at ~17:15
I got a major lag spike mid-fight (encountering wraith had been consistently laggy beforehand all game) and died while I was lagging. On my screen I was stuck in place where I had died. I didn't see the spectate screen and on respawn I was still looking at my corpse.
