I dont think particulary this FEELS like a bug but more of a QoL thing, but currently paradox can't quick-cast ult (only his pulse granade and wall, carbine is pretty redundant), some mains can argue this feels unnecessary because of the nature of the ult being instantly casted and the fact that time wall already has it which makes the swap > wall mid-cast combo easy, but as a character regarded as one of the most reliant on fast decision-making and engage potential, not being able to hold pressed ult to rapidly drop it and flick in another target that i spotted on the moment makes it harder to work.
