Knockdown while being carried by Ivy prevents her from moving

As stated, I soon as I got knockdowned while Ivy was carrying me, she could barely move do to me being forced down, and couldn't do so until she dropped me.
Would be nice if it could be fixed if not intented.

Wanted to add to this and say this happened recently to me in a game too. The bug can be replicated in Sandbox mode too
