Names a little WIP.

TLDR: frontliner, high damage but low range, fights front to back
Unique strengths: Built-in refresher, bulky against concentrated gunfire, blinks instead of dashes
Unique downsides: Slow, limited range, prone to kiting, will die for that built-in refresher, blinks instead of dashes

Innate: Blink instead of dash when using stamina. Blinks are slightly longer than normal dashes, but cannot be chained into dash jumps. Designed with two stamina in mind.

Weapon1: Fires a burst of three nails that group within an upside down triangle. Flies fast, low damage, poor scaling.

Weapon2: Zoom-in

Saw Rush
15s Cooldown
Slow yourself down, then switches to saw-mode. Replaces primary attack with a buzz-saw. Very high DPS, but restricted range.
  • 85 DPS (+0.8 x Spirit)
  • 15% Speed Bonus
  • 1s Channel Duration
  • 6s Ability Duration
  • 35% Channeling Slow
  • 5m Attack Range
Silenced for 3s after duration ends. First upgrade also affects silence duration. Third upgrade replaces this effect with cursed.
Tier 1: +2s Duration, +15% Speed Bonus
Tier 2: 15% max HP heal & duration reset on hero kill.
Tier 3: Unstoppable while in saw-mode

Wild Drill
40s Cooldown | 2.5s Duration
Charge forward with limited turn control, spinning a drill. Colliding into walls stuns you and anybody caught within this charge.
On hero collide:
  • 40 Damage (+1.2 x Spirit)
On wall hit:
  • 1s Stun Duration
Tier 1: +0.5s Stun Duration
Tier 2: -15s Cooldown
Tier 3: +50 Damage

Emergency Provisions
80s Cooldown
Passive: after every minute, gain a healing and speed bonus.
Active: Grants a weaker version of this effect to your ally instantly.
  • 20% Total HP regen (+0.02 x Boon)
  • +2m/s Move Speed
  • 20s HP regen
  • 8s Speed duration
  • 20m Cast range
  • 50% Ally heal amount
Taking damage from enemy players dispells the healing effect.
Tier 1: +1m/s Move Speed
Tier 2: -15s Cooldown on ally cast.
Tier 3: +50% regen remaining converts to a barrier if dispelled

Final Send-off
100s Cooldown
Passive: Dealing enough damage within 3 seconds spawns an aura which periodically zaps players within. Damage is tripled while under the effects of silence or curse.
  • 20 Pulse Damage (+0.35 x Spirit)
  • 6s Duration
  • 8m Radius
  • 1.2s Zap CD
  • 200 Damage to charge
Active: Reset all of your cooldowns and gain increased movement speed, debuff resistance, bullet resistance, and spirit. After a short period, you die and explode, dealing damage and stunning enemies nearby.
  • +5m/s Move Speed
  • +75% Debuff resist
  • +60% Bullet Resist
  • +25 Spirit
  • 6s Duration
  • 25% Max Health Damage
  • 1.2s Stun Duration
  • 10m Radius
Tier 1: +1m/s Move Speed while passive is active.
Tier 2: Bullet On-Hit immunity while active.
Tier 3: Revive if 3 or more players are stunned.
 
Honestly, really good! as always with your stuff. Very in-depth. I'd love to play with this in-game, it really seems like it fits!

Final Send-Off seems crazy, it's like a walking seven-ult-like ability, fucking sweet!
