Kinetic Dash only partially refreshes its buff

The video shows that after Kinetic Dash first gave +5 temporary ammo, all subsequent times only the buff duration is refreshed, but new ammo is not given. Because of this, it is undesirable to have cooldown-reducing items in a build with this item, because you can actually deprive yourself of half of the Kinetic Dash buff by frequently using the dash-jump mechanic, that is, using the item in the intended way!

Even if this is not a bug, this behavior needs to be fixed. Either the bonus should not be refreshed at all, and only after it ends will it be possible to get a new one, or let it be refreshed completely.

I just noticed this too, If u have a full clip and use dash twice it will increase your ammo capacity by 5 for a short period.
