Kill attribution broken- likely that Shiv execute doesn't count as either ability or weapon kill

This picture was taken from match 51797798. The only explanation I can think of is that Shiv's execute kills are not correctly attributed properly as ability kills? Either that or something else is broken, but how else can someone have most ability AND weapons kills but not the most kills.
